WORKING CONDITIONS COMMITTEE

The Working Conditions Committee focuses on improving working conditions for ABE and ESOL practitioners. Its purpose has been to identify best practices in ABE/ESOL employment and develop strategies for improving conditions within workplaces and in the field as a whole.

The Committee has updated the Standards for Quality Working Conditions in ABE/ESOL Programs. It has also conducted a Working Conditions survey of ABE/ESOL practitioners.
