FEDERALMCAE’s most important national priorities are the annual federal funding allocation for adult basic education, the reauthorization of the Workforce Investment Act — Title II (WIA) and proposals such as the recently passed American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) which impact adult basic education and workforce development.
