On Thursday, the House Ways and Means Committee released their draft budget for fiscal year 2021, delayed since the spring due to the pandemic. MCAE is thrilled to see the Committee has proposed funding line item 7035-0002 Adult Basic Education at $46,045,000 – a $5 million increase from FY2020.
